Guidance
Banyue asks for 90% CRIT Rate, the highest crit rate target on the site, shared only with Starlight - Billy. That number is difficult to reach from substats alone and it is where most of her farming effort will go. The rest of the build is HP-shaped: 18,000 HP, slot 6 accepting HP% and nothing else, slot 5 taking Fire DMG or HP%, and HP% weighted above ATK% in her substats. Flat HP is weighted 4 and flat ATK does not appear at all. CRIT DMG and CRIT Rate tie at the top of her weights, so crit rolls remain the most valuable thing a disc can give her even after the 120% CRIT DMG target is met. Three loadouts all run 4-piece Yunkui Tales with two accepted partners, so the 4-piece is settled. That set also equips Yixuan, Yidhari, Manato and Starlight - Billy. In short: build HP through the locked slots, then spend everything else on crit rate.
