Who we are
Wisplight is an independent site run by one person, named as the data controller in the privacy policy. You can reach us at support@launchnest.ca or through our contact page.
Use of the service
Wisplight provides checklists and tools for video games, offered free of charge and as-is. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use automated means to overload it.
Advertising
The site is free to use and is funded by ads served through Google AdSense. We don't control which ads appear, and showing an ad is not an endorsement of the advertiser. What advertising means for your data, including your choices in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, is set out in the privacy policy.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Game data, build recommendations, and ratings are provided for guidance only and may be incomplete or out of date. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on them.
Third-party content
Game names, characters, artwork, and related content belong to their respective owners. Zenless Zone Zero and its assets are trademarks and copyright of HoYoverse (COGNOSPHERE PTE. LTD.). Wisplight is an independent, unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by HoYoverse or any other game publisher. Data used by some tools is sourced from third parties, each subject to their own terms — see our attributions for the full list.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing here removes a consumer-protection right you hold under the law of the place you live.
