Guidance
Caesar has eight stat targets, more than any other agent here, and they pull in directions no damage build does: 12,000 HP, 1,000 DEF and 145 Impact alongside the usual crit lines. Her ATK target of 1,400 is the lowest on the site. That many goals changes how the score behaves. The goal component is a fixed 20% of your grade split across every target, so each individual threshold is worth less on her than on an agent with three, and missing one is not the disaster it would be elsewhere. The flip side is that a build ignoring her defensive lines bleeds points steadily rather than all at once. Slot 6 is Impact only, and slot 4 is unusual in taking either CRIT Rate or Anomaly Proficiency, two stats doing quite different jobs, so read the rest of your build before choosing. CRIT DMG and CRIT Rate tie for her heaviest substat weight with ATK% just behind, so crit rolls are what lift her substat score once the thresholds are handled. Anomaly Proficiency is weighted lower but not nothing, which matters given her 250 target: proficiency rolls pay on both sides, clearing the threshold and adding roll quality.
