Dialyn pairs a locked slot 4 with a demanding target in the same stat. Slot 4 accepts CRIT Rate and nothing else, and her CRIT Rate goal is 80%, one of the higher figures on the roster. So the main stat is decided for you and the threshold behind it still takes work.
