Almost everything about Jane's build is fixed, which changes what you should be farming for. There is one 4-piece option across all eight listed loadouts (Fanged Metal), slot 4 accepts Anomaly Proficiency and nothing else, and slot 6 accepts Anomaly Mastery and nothing else. Those parts of the score are effectively pass or fail: get them right and they are done, get them wrong and no amount of good rolls compensates. What that leaves is substats and stat goals, which between them are 55% of the grade. So Jane's score is mostly a question of roll quality, and the difference between an A and an S on her is almost entirely how your Anomaly Proficiency rolls landed. Her Anomaly Proficiency target of 375 is the highest of any agent here. Anomaly Proficiency also carries her heaviest substat weight, well clear of ATK%, so the stat you are chasing for the threshold is the same one you want for roll value. That alignment makes her easier to farm for than her numbers first suggest.
