Manato is built around 18,000 HP, and his main stats leave no room to disagree: slot 6 accepts HP% only, slot 5 takes Fire DMG or HP%. HP% sits third in his substat weights behind the crit pair, with flat HP behind it, while ATK% is weighted 4 and flat ATK just 2. Rolls into ATK are close to wasted here. His crit targets are 44% CRIT Rate and 120% CRIT DMG, the rate figure being one of the gentler ones on the roster, though CRIT DMG and CRIT Rate still tie at the top of his weights and keep earning past the threshold.
