Guidance
Pan Yinhu is the one build on the site where flat ATK is a top-tier stat. It ties with ATK% at the head of his substat weights, both at 10, ahead of CRIT DMG and CRIT Rate. Everywhere else on the roster flat ATK is a consolation roll, weighted 2 to 8 and usually well below the percentage version. Here it genuinely competes. That fits his goals, which are simply 3,000 ATK, 10,000 HP and 800 DEF with no crit targets at all. He is asked to be big rather than sharp. Because two stats tie at the top, his substat benchmark sits a little higher than a build with one clear favourite, so expect a good disc to grade marginally lower on him.
