Guidance
Piper's set list is settled before you start: all seven loadouts run 4-piece Fanged Metal, so the only open question is which of the six accepted 2-piece partners you pair with it. Fanged Metal is shared with Jane and Alice, which makes it one of the better anomaly farms to commit to. Her main stats are locked in two of three slots, Anomaly Proficiency in slot 4 and Anomaly Mastery in slot 6, leaving slot 5 free across PEN Ratio, ATK% or Physical DMG. With sets and two mains effectively decided, her grade is mostly substats and goals. Her targets are 350 Anomaly Proficiency, 150 Anomaly Mastery and 2,500 ATK, and Anomaly Proficiency is comfortably her heaviest substat weight, so proficiency rolls do double duty. That makes her simple to evaluate. If Piper scores badly, it is roll quality, because there is almost nothing else in the build for you to have got wrong.
