Guidance
Promeia is a straightforward anomaly build with one distinguishing feature: she is the only agent here who runs 4-piece Notes From the Chained. All six of her loadouts use it, so the farm is hers alone and cannot be shared the way Fanged Metal or Phaethon's Melody can. Worth knowing before you commit to it. Five different 2-piece partners are accepted, so once the 4-piece is in place the rest is whatever you have. Her targets are 287 Anomaly Proficiency, 184 Anomaly Mastery and 2,600 ATK, sitting between Nangong Yu's modest 280 and the 330 that Alice and Aria ask for. The structure is the usual anomaly shape: Anomaly Proficiency only in slot 4, Anomaly Mastery only in slot 6, slot 5 free across Ice DMG, ATK% or PEN Ratio. Anomaly Proficiency leads her weights, so proficiency rolls serve the threshold and the substat score together.
