Guidance
Rina is the most narrowly specified support on the roster. Slot 5 and slot 6 each accept exactly one main stat, PEN Ratio and Energy Regen respectively, and only two loadouts are listed, both built on 4-piece Moonlight Lullaby. There is almost nothing to decide, which makes her quick to gear and unforgiving of a mistake in the two locked slots.
