Guidance
Soukaku is graded against a demanding substat benchmark, and it is worth knowing why before a decent disc disappoints you. Three stats tie at the top of her weights, ATK%, CRIT DMG and CRIT Rate, with flat ATK and PEN just behind. The scorer builds its benchmark from an agent's best-weighted stats, so a build with three equal favourites sets a higher bar than one with a single clear priority. The same physical disc grades a little lower on her than on an agent with a narrower spread. That is intended. The practical read is that there is no wrong roll among those three. Mix them freely.
