Guidance
Starlight - Billy asks for 90% CRIT Rate, the joint-highest crit rate target on the site alongside Banyue, on top of an 18,000 HP goal. Those two demands pulling in different directions are what makes him harder to finish than his relaxed set list suggests. CRIT Rate leads his substat weights, with HP% and CRIT DMG tied behind it. So rate rolls are both the scarcest thing you need and the most valuable thing a disc can offer him. Slot 4 is unusually accommodating for an HP build, taking CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG or HP%, which gives you a route to the crit target that other Yunkui Tales agents lack. Slot 6 is HP% only.
