Vivian carries the heaviest anomaly requirements on the site: 380 Anomaly Proficiency and 198 Anomaly Mastery, both higher than any other agent's. Her ATK target, by contrast, is 2,000, the lowest of any damage build here. That gap is the whole shape of the build. Rolls you would normally spend chasing ATK are better spent on proficiency. Her main stats are locked where it matters: slot 4 accepts Anomaly Proficiency only, slot 6 accepts Anomaly Mastery only. Slot 5 is the one with room (Ether DMG, PEN Ratio or ATK%).
